# Colony Park

> Colony Park is a planned 208-acre mixed-use community in northeast Austin, Texas, approximately 6.5 miles from downtown. It brings together housing, retail and office space, parks, public amenities, and community services through a partnership between the City of Austin and CDC Colony Park Holdings, L.P.

This is the official website for Colony Park, historically referred to as the Colony Park Sustainable Community and the Colony Park Sustainable Community Initiative. The development site is City-owned land at 7900 Loyola Lane, Austin, Texas 78724. Catellus is the asset manager for CDC Colony Park Holdings, L.P., and Banbury Development, LLC is the development manager.
